Bonnievale Kennels is set among the vineyards of the Breede River Valley, offering a peaceful and spacious environment for dogs and cats. Our facilities are purpose- built to provide comfort, security, and plenty of room to move, because your pet deserves more than just a place to sleep.
From individual dog kennels with attached runs to a quiet, separate cattery, every space is cleaned and maintained daily. Our experienced care team lives on the property and provides round-the-clock supervision.
Our Boarding Areas
Dog Kennels
Spacious individual kennels, each with a comfortable sleeping area and attached outdoor run. Dogs from the same family can share a kennel for companionship. All kennels are well-ventilated with both covered and open sections.

A separate, quiet facility located away from the dog kennels to ensure a calm and stress-free environment. Individual units with cosy sleeping areas, fresh bedding, and good ventilation. Each cat receives daily one-on-one attention.

Large, secure exercise areas surrounded by vineyard views. Dogs enjoy morning and afternoon exercise sessions with supervised play time. The paddocks are fully fenced for safety and have shaded rest areas.
The Natural Environment
We're on Gelukshoop Road in Bonnievale, in the Breede River Valley wine region. It's open countryside with fresh air and plenty of space. A world away from suburban noise.
The valley has a mild climate most of the year, which keeps conditions comfortable for the animals. If your pet could use some quiet time outdoors, this is the place.
