7. Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods:

• Analytics data: 12 months.
• Session recordings: 30 days.
• Account data: for the duration of your account, plus 12 months after deletion.
• Booking and payment records: retained for 5 years to meet our South African Revenue Service (SARS) tax-record obligations, even after you request erasure. When you erase your account we anonymise your personal identifiers on these records while keeping the financial figures required by law.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We store data securely and limit access to authorised personnel only.
